this past weekend we met friends in Bobcaygeon to see The Tragically Hip in concert!! The kids were with the grandparents and it was nice to have a little mini-vacation!!
So as soon as we got there we wanted to pop a beer!! (hey, we ARE Canadian, eh??)
our newest beer of choice?? Mill St. beer!!
We bought the sampler pack at the liquor store in the Ontario Craft Beer section....
...pop!
ENJOY!!! YUM!
so we enjoyed our beer (my fav in the sampler pack was the Organic) but still stuck on the Mill St Weiss we had at Borealis Grille (LOVE LOVE LOVE that place.... )
FAST FORWARD 20 hours (concert was AWESOME!!)
we are on our way home and wanted to stop somewhere to try some BOBCAYGEON local food!!
this beautiful place was just outside of Bobcaygeon and was cute, friendly and offered many local delights!!! (great name too!!)
as we got out of the car the owner called us over "come check out the bunny we just discovered in the garden!!"
I have to admit it was the mushrooms that initially drew me to this place - they are SO cute for the garden! One for us and one for the grandparents looking after the kids!! :) $8-$25 depending on size
